We did the order by Friday and pick up on Sunday. The freshness and quality of the ingredients at Prepped Wellness are remarkable. I’m not vegan, but I ordered a vegan meal, and it was made entirely with fresh ingredients—no Impossible Burgers here. The chicken in the dish I ordered was much better quality and more well prepared than any chicken I’ve had at a sit down restaurant and paid twice as much for. Each single meal easily feeds two people. Gino and his team get the highest praise from me!

Not only is the food great, prepared fresh, and has complete nutritional information printed directly onto the container; but, Gino is one of the coolest guys ever. I had to reschedule a pickup date and he was incredibly accommodating making sure that I received my food.
